For game studios
Eirin is an AI teammate for game studios. It drafts a reply to every store review, Discord question and support email in your studio’s voice, and ranks what players want fixed across stores, Discord, Steam, Reddit and YouTube.
“I had at least more than 35000 gem and 40 million coins in my account save up through grinding before uninstalling the game but now when I install the game again I only have 100 gem and 32000 coins please it was my hard work collecting that please help”
“Loved this game for months, but the 2.3 patch broke matchmaking. Five minutes in queue, then a crash. Please fix.”
“Shade is the best character you’ve added in years. Keep it up.”
Why it matters
Your rating decides featuring, ranking and what you pay per install. After a bad patch it moves within days, and the Discord knows before you do. Replying is the cheapest lever you have on it, and most studios never pull it.
Share of reviews where the rating went up afterwards. 4.5M reviews from 2,328 top free apps.
Hassan et al., “Studying the dialogue between users and developers of free apps in the Google Play Store”, Empirical Software Engineering 23(3), 2018.Apple says App Store search ranking uses “ratings and reviews”. Google Play says it uses “user feedback (such as ratings, reviews, and engagement)”. A better rating means better placement, more organic installs, and less paid spend for the same growth.
Apple Developer, App Store search · Google Play Help, 2026Google found that half of the 1-star reviews on Play mention stability. The fix is usually one bug. Finding it across 2,000 reviews, Discord, Steam and Reddit is the part nobody has time for.
Google, Android Developers Blog, 2017Both stores notify the reviewer when you reply and invite them to update their review. Google’s own numbers: users who get a reply raise their rating by 0.7 stars on average.

Eirin drafts a reply to every App Store and Play Store review and every Discord question, in the tone your community team already uses and in the player’s language. The drafts wait in a queue: approve, edit or skip, one at a time or all at once. Once you trust it, routine thank-yous can go out on their own.
Google: users who get a reply raise their rating by 0.7 stars on average.Report
Every review, Discord thread, Steam post and Reddit comment becomes one list, ranked by how many players raised it, where, and whether it’s growing. New problems stand out. The complaints you expect, like ads in a free game, can be muted so they don’t bury the new ones.

Eirin replies on the App Store, Play Store, Discord, Instagram and support email, and reads Steam, Reddit and YouTube into the same report. Ask it anything in plain English: what did players think of 2.3? Is the review bomb slowing down?
Reports
A report lands in email or Slack on your schedule, and after a patch: rating, volume, the new issues and the threads that need a human. An alert when something spikes. Dig deeper in web chat. There’s nothing to log into unless you want to.
Knowledge
Eirin reads your store listing, patch notes and wiki on its own. Add your game design document, support macros or brand voice guide, or email them to it. Every draft shows which facts it used, so checking takes a glance, not a search.
Control
How much goes out on its own is up to you. Start with drafts only, hand over the routine when you’ve seen enough of them, and change it any time.
Every reply waits for you. Approve, edit or skip, one at a time or all at once.
Scan the queue once a day. Approve the thank-yous together, read the hard ones properly.
Turn on auto-post for routine replies, like thank-yous for 5-star reviews. Everything else keeps waiting for you.
Every draft shows which facts it used. Reviews that mention refunds, legal threats or anything your rules flag are drafted for a human, or left for one.
Who it’s for
Same teammate, same approval queue. The channels and the vocabulary change.
Patch backlash, review bombs, Discord at 2am. Eirin drafts replies to players on every channel it can post to, and reads Steam, Reddit and YouTube into the same ranked report, so the whole studio sees what the patch did.
Subscription, fintech, health, productivity, social. The reviews that sink an app are about billing, login and sync, and they’re the ones nobody replies to. Eirin answers them the same day and tells you which release caused the spike.

Questions
Two things. It drafts a reply to every App Store and Play Store review, Discord question, Instagram message and support email in your studio’s voice, for you to approve. And it turns everything players say across those channels, plus Steam, Reddit and YouTube, into one report ranked by what they care about most.
Not yet. Eirin reads Steam, Reddit and YouTube and includes them in your report, but it only replies on the App Store, Play Store, Discord, Instagram and support email.
Eirin learns the tone and phrasing of replies your team has already posted, and the facts of your game from your store listing, patch notes and wiki. You can also set the tone yourself. Every draft shows which facts it used, and every draft is yours to edit before it goes out.
That’s up to you. Drafts wait for your approval unless you turn on auto-post for routine replies, like thank-yous for 5-star reviews, and keep approving the rest.
Eirin keeps drafting replies for you to approve, and the report shows which issue is driving it, how fast it’s growing and on which channels. You answer with one fix note instead of a thousand individual replies, and you can see whether it’s slowing down.
Those tools are built around app store reviews. Eirin also answers Discord questions and support email, puts Steam, Reddit and YouTube in the same report, learns your game from your own documents, and posts nothing you didn’t approve. See Eirin vs AppFollow.
Eirin is free through December 31, 2026 for founding partner studios. In return, we ask for 20 minutes of feedback every two weeks.
Sign up in the dashboard and connect your stores, Discord and support inbox yourself, or book a 20-minute setup call and we’ll do it with you. Signup currently needs a Google Workspace account.
