How is this different from a FAQ bot?

A FAQ bot matches keywords to canned answers. Eirin reads the question, finds the answer in your patch notes, FAQ and game bible, replies in your studio’s voice, and shows the source it used.

What if it doesn’t know the answer?

It doesn’t guess. Questions your docs don’t cover are flagged to your team, so a person picks them up.

Will it reply in every channel?

No, only in the channels you choose during setup.

Does it moderate or ban people?

No. Eirin answers questions and flags threads. Moderation stays with your mods.

What does it cost?
