Your rating is a ranking signal in both stores

Apple says App Store search ranking uses “ratings and reviews”. Google Play says it uses “user feedback (such as ratings, reviews, and engagement)”. A better rating means better placement, more organic installs, and less paid spend for the same growth.

Half of 1-star reviews point at one thing

Google found that half of the 1-star reviews on Play mention stability. The fix is usually one bug. Finding it across 2,000 reviews, two stores and three other channels is the part nobody has time for.

What does Eirin actually do?

Two things. It drafts a reply to every App Store and Play Store review, Discord question, Instagram message and support email in your voice, for you to approve. And it turns everything users say across those channels into one report, ranked by what they care about most.

Does it work for apps that aren’t games?

Yes. Eirin started with game studios and now works for any app on the App Store or Play Store. The only game-specific part is that it also reads Steam, Reddit and YouTube into the report. Everything else, from drafting replies to ranking issues, is the same for a budgeting app as for a strategy game.

Will the replies sound like AI?

Eirin learns the tone and phrasing of replies your team has already posted, and the facts of your app from your store listing, release notes and help centre. You can also set the tone yourself. Every draft shows which facts it used, and every draft is yours to edit before it goes out.

Does anything post without us?

That’s up to you. Drafts wait for your approval unless you turn on auto-post for routine replies, like thank-yous for 5-star reviews, and keep approving the rest.

Which channels can Eirin reply on?

The App Store, Play Store, Discord, Instagram and support email. It also reads Steam, Reddit and YouTube into your report, but it doesn’t reply there.
